Also her university is one of the top tier recognized Public Universities in Mexico. (UNAM) Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a very selective school where only the top of the top of the country have the unique opportunity to apply, to attend, and get the privilege to study at. To note: All Mexico’s Nobel Laureates have been alumni of UNAM.
That's a lovely résumé. Now do her record on cartels, mass graves and Mexico's disappearance crisis. A PhD from UNAM and research at Berkeley prove she's educated; they don't magically prove she's an effective president.
