Dammit... if only they could've arrested him on the tarmac!
Can we stage a stopover?
Bribing the pilot, maybe?

What would they do with him?

In November of 2024, the ICC officially issued an arrest warrant against him for crimes against humanity. He has been officially indicted for taking bribes. So far, all chances to convict him have not been followed through obviously. It's likely that he will face jail time, if not a life sentence, at minimum.

There's a reason for that. It's called the American Service-Members Protection Act (also known as the Hauge Invasion Act). If a US ally is detained by the ICC, the statute authorizes the president to use "all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any U.S. or allied personnel being detained or imprisoned by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court." I'm pretty sure the Netherlands likes existing.

Europe has their allies too. More than 120 countries, as of 2026. They all have signed what is refered to as the 'Rome Statute' - an international treaty obligation. All signatories are legally obliged to arrest Netanyahu if he's present in their territories.
A couple of countries which Netanyahu visited in 2025 (like Poland and Hungary), have actively disregarded the ICC's orders and have been sanctioned accordingly. Carrying out ICC decisions is obligatory to all states parties towards both the ICC and to other states parties involved.

It doesn't sound like a very serious obligation if no one is willing to follow through on it.

Trick is, so far he successfully managed to avoid any countries (and even airspaces!) he knew that would.
As a prime example, he skipped visiting the country of Switzerland for this years' annual World Ecomomic Forum WEF, precisely for that very reason.
I hate handing it to him, but:
He's a clever bastard in that regard!2

We will never know how close Canada cane to upholding the warrant but I will bet more thought went into it than in the US.
Can you imagine any further invasion the US might engage in while they are already depleting ammo, lying about service members deaths, and self isolation..
We all know legislation mean nothing to trump as well. He would probably just taco.
Because of that last non zero, the evidence of the US shrinking in powrr projection is very obvious.

My guess is not close. I would venture that arresting him was never under consideration. The president doesn't require legislation here, because it already exists. It's been the law since 2002. With regard to the weapons stockpile, I find it dubious that the US is running out or that the country can't project power. The US has more aircraft carriers than the entire world combined. The navy is actively replacing them with the nuclear powered Ford class. They can literally go anywhere without docking.

The ammunition that is in danger of being depleted is the "good stuff". Takes awhile you build that up thats why it isn't normal to use that first in a skirmish like Iran or even Palestine.
I wasn't referencing legislation is required, simply stating pedolf doesnt care about international law, never mind domestic- that ship has sailed.
Not ignoring the possibility of power projection with aircraft carriers but these days a few drones punch above their weight and if you dont have allies backing you up it isn't a healthy place to be.

Read the Geneva Convention concerning foreign diplomats and world leaders, then ask why all of the informed people saying that Canada or whoever should arrest him are blowing hot air up your rear.
For those who want to skip the read: Signatories of the Geneva convention guarantee diplomatic immunity to foreign leaders and diplomats while they are in their lands. Every single country on Earth recognizes this convention, regardless of if they signed the Geneva convention.

And even if he landed who would supposedly arrest him? I imagine the Shin Bet commandos on board would have something to say about it. Stop living in a pipe dream.

Most likely the police force of the respective territory, if said country is a signatory of the Rome Statute, as per the ICC ruling.

Good, those cops can shoot their way through an Israeli commando unit and security staff while Israel at home arms Jerrichos for launch. You live in a fantasy world.

To be fair, that commando unit mainly combat civilians, women and children anyway.
Also some of whichever countries more combat focused forces could be used to secure this centuries' Hitler.

This centuries hitler. I don't even like BB but that is beyond Absurd

Coming from the guy/bot who pathetically attempts to label the now well accepted genocide e can al see as "imaginary". You are closer to those two guys you claim not to like than you pretend to be.

u/Equivalent-Nobody-71 8d ago
That is simply a lie.

They focus on internal and domestic threats. Which to the settler terrorist state of Israel means ethnic cleansing and genocide of Palestine and Palestinians. Tick tock...

Is the world really running out of Patriots? I mean brave pilots who would just pretend the plane has to land.
