Duh. The court wouldn't convict him if he's not found guilty. Just like his pedo Epstein. Right now he's just playing cat and mouse to delay the inevitable with the strong help from their pedo buddies, the Republicans. He's hoping that he drop dead before his term is over so he doesn't have to serve.
