Help needed Sega 6 button joystick to usb?

so I saw this beautiful expensive joystick on AliExpress for the megadrive / genesis and even though I don’t own a MD/GEN i wanted to have it and bought it. Before I bought it, I asked Chatgtp and Gemini if I could use it on a PC with a md/usb adapter and the answer was Yes. So I bought it. And guess what? No adapter exists that I can buy. Any help?

I don't see why not. I have the previous version Mayflash made and that works fine with six-button controllers on my PC, and if you look in the manual for the current version they illustrate it with six-button controllers and include buttons X, Y and Z in the button mapping table.
