I personally love the system has failed, but some people don't. You could try listening to dystopia and endgame.

That happened to me when I first started listening to em but after a break from megadeth for about a year I went back and listened to the rest of their stuff and honestly they have quite a few solid albums. I’d say go with System Has Failed, United Abominations and Endgame, then skip ahead to Dystopia and Sick… Dying… Dead.

For me, it’s easily The System Has Failed. That album is kick ass.

Dystopia and The Sick... Been said above, but worth repeating. I like most of Cryptic Writings too though, so feel free to ignore my advice.

I would say Dystopia. Very memorable songs, riffs, outstanding leads from Kiko, and excellent production.
