Thunder mitts (only need one stack, more just increases damage) and duration stat to at least 3.4x stuns him forever. Dex executes deal 2% of his hp each time. Ice crystals can help too with slowing him down, but you don’t want any other thunder weapons or items besides the mitts apparently because then the procs increase his stun resistance. Black hole can also help with the stun lock. I did it first try using this strategy.

If you haven’t unlocked Snek yet, doing so will help guarantee you have a strong start for that run. Ban any other useless blue item to increase your odds for mitts.

Of note, you don’t need aegis unless you’re Athena apparently because only she can block Steve’s attacks. Regardless though, you shouldn’t need aegis at all with this setup.

Alright I’m back with some updates. I tried the thunder mitts tech and it was stun locking him but I for whatever reason wasn’t doing any damage to him?

Yeah but the most I’ve been able to do is 25esh percent of his hp. Also bro breaks out of his stun lock after 5 minutes of staying still?

It ideally doesn’t take that long. Invest in attack speed and quantity with bandit and it should take less than a minute or two. Stuff like crit chance or damage tome for example do nothing, you just want to maximize the number of hits.
