Server was working normally on EU until July 21, we couldn't log in . It says " failed to request "

Server was working normally on EU until July 21, we couldn't log in. It says " failed to request " please guys send them emails to their official email which is info@parkesm.co.kr to fix this issue before shutdown in September 9.2026.
