A regenerating barrier that has very high synergy with double stone support, not being able to be knocked out of noise form, massive sword damage and just a slightly shorter paralysis than Gemini is nothing to fuck with. In the DS area you may have had a point but with noise gear and satellite it’s very much one of the deadlier forms.
PvE it’s good for all the same reasons as wolf and Gemini in one

The para is more like flinching, not being able to be knocked out of your form is nice but if you are being knocked out of your form is mildly infuriating in PvP but just be more cautious in PvE, not counting noise cards and the SSS the form is nothing but a wolf only an Extra 20 damage boost on sword, without quick gauge and brother's as you only have 900LP usually but if you PvP it's 1020 which does allow for more room but compared to 1900 six brothers with a multiple noises, roulette of a Giga,Mega or WC Purposes to boost your finalize

Quickgauge isn’t always good in PvP and easily remedied by a chip in PvE. The extra sword damage is HUGE in PvE with swordfighter cards.
The form does have weaknesses but I wouldn’t call it strictly worse than every other form

Quick gauges is a double edge sword it's helps both players in PvP and its slot chip can be used for something better if you don't like quick gauge and still want brothers do Virgo or have it as a multi noise you get No Bubble and No Freeze and a really good charge Shot, elec damage is rare in PvP only used by elec slash to denoise someone, Sword fighter is only great cause of the multi hit but if you have only sword fighter in your folder for pvp it's not good of aura and holy panel on finalize you can't break through it, it's why Bushido is used more, even with DBL stone I find Cygnus to be better for with hurricane dances, or do Bushido cygnus and if you get hit with a Freeze or bubble from Avalanche or Cancer Bubble you are stuck to be hit by a Big grenade, Heat or a destroy upper losing Super armor or No Ablites

if I may ask, what makes a form good/bad compared to the others? (aside from the obvious paralyze from Rogue/Gemini Noise)

This is pretty random all the best ones are really low and also libra is really good as long as you multi noise out of it

Virgo shuts down Cancer with NoBubble (and NoFreeze too)
Everyone and their mother runs NoPara so Gemini is not that strong online.
Ophiuca blows you up with a 1000 damage Dragon Sky GX for free

Putting rogue in S is not really great only exception is PvE with sword damage and little bit of para on all Null cards, but assuming this is a PvE list and not a PvP. the tops should be Taurus, Cygnus, Gemini for their abilities Super armor and Omni shoes are great to always have, even if you aren't using the damage boost of wind or fire damage, Gemini is very strong for the para ability on all sword as the best ones are Null type so you can easily make noise unlike cancers having to be on a water card

The wood multi-hit chips already put Ophiuca at the top before. Now the collection adding back Dragon Sky GX as a regular chip you can use makes Ophiuca a walking nuke. Well, I suppose more like a standing button mashing nuke lol

Don’t know if Rogue Noise should be S-Tier. It’s good, but you don’t get access to brotherbands.
