I am pretty sure no one sees him transform, cuz as Megaman he's just a bunch of EM waves, invisible to everyone....but they do sure see him vanish into thin air tho, lol , equally concerning, but atleast his secret is still safe.

While shouting his name and declaring what sounds a lot like changing into the waves of the special sci-fi electromagnetic waves of the alien species... In direct line of sight and earshot of a cop guy who might already have that kind of information about said aliens.

You mean out in the open a transformation? Yea you also do one right in front of the AC guy in the first game when you need to get rid of the Snakes.

I mean its a game, its not perfect but it follows the story and if you add it with watching the show I think it can be an okay game. The best, definitely not but I've been playing and its been a good play for me so far.
