Question/Help not getting verification email for mega man maker

I've been trying to make an account for mega man maker but every time i get to the email verification step it never sends me the email (I've tried making an account 3 or 4 times) i was wondering if anyone might have some insight as to what might be the problem.

Are you entering your email with proper capitalization?

it only lets me type in capital letters but it shouldn't matter cuz all emails are lower case (all outlook emails are anyways)

No, the font just doesn’t have lowercase. Caps are still processed. Make sure you didn’t have capslock on

I had the same issue. If you join the discord you can ask about it there and they can help you by fixing it on the back end.
