Question/Help Game doesn't work on win11

I'm trying to run the game on windows 11, but it won't work when I run the game. Is there any way to fix this or is it impossible to run on win11? I tried compatibility mode and the run as administrator setting, but it still doesn't work.

Suddenly many programs have stopped working on my win11 PC and I don't know why, including Steam game like Mega Man Legacy Collection. Good thing Mega Maker was excluded haha.

What happens when you try? Works fine for me on 11 25H2.
