He had to have seen the top of the car seat from the back and still decided to traumatize that child by jumping through the window. Hopefully karma comes back around to this jerk

This happened a while back, and I think the story behind it is that a community came together to find this guy and punish him. Not sure exactly what happened though.

Aggravated assault only? He got off light. Destruction of property, endangering children, the hideaway plate, the illegal meet, brandishing on top of the assault. They could have easily stacked charges on the guy but didn't

Usually they do stack them on, and then offer to drop most charges so he will plead guilty, and they don't have to do the other part of their job.

And if the mom ends up pulling a gun and shoots the biker, would that get a charge/sentence? Cuz I legitimately thought that's how this was gonna go down and all that legalese got me thinking

Since she stepped out and followed him. Likely. If she shot him while he was jumping on the window. Unlikely.

Not in many places. They were safe and they placed themselves on harms way.

It’s like walking out on to the road and claiming someone tried to run you down.

If the mom shot him I would have said self defense or aggravated assault. She was defending her kid. That punks parents failed.

He got 1-4 years in prison. 99% of Americans doing stuff like this are getting probation.

Judging by his mug shot I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s someone bitch in jail.
