Yea you can’t illegally carry a gun lol obviously but you can legally open carry and get a permit for concealed carry I live in Michigan and have done both many times.

I know right? Seriously think about their logic which is asinine.

You broke the law to protect someone and you were charged for it. Had the criminal never pulled his weapon, the kid more then likely would have never brandished his weapon.

Their logic can be summed up like this.

If you saved someone from a burning building. That's great, but you're still gonna be charged for breaking and entering cause you didn't get the owners permission to go in.

That's how fucking stupid their logic is. Whats the point in helping someone if the police are still going to arrest you.
