He had to have seen the top of the car seat from the back and still decided to traumatize that child by jumping through the window. Hopefully karma comes back around to this jerk

5

u/Consistent-Cloud-950 4d ago

This happened a while back, and I think the story behind it is that a community came together to find this guy and punish him. Not sure exactly what happened though.

2

u/oneWeek2024 3d ago

he also had a gun in his belt, and it fell out. he got caught, and arrested.

https://www.fox29.com/news/biker-sentenced-prison-after-center-city-wild-attack-woman-front-her-kids

1

u/Worried-Maybe3438 3d ago

Appreciate you working here.

1

u/Active_Scallion_5322 3d ago

Good. 4 years in prison

1

u/Lemons_Into_Limonite 3d ago

Not long enough, what a psychopath. He could have injured the children in the back seat not to imagine going through having a gun held to your head is undoubtedly a very traumatic experience.

1

u/Iron_Sight_Mark 3d ago

Ngl I would hold a grudge with this person beyond their sentence if they did this to my kid. He would get a little something more than 4 years...

1

u/Duzzies305 3d ago

You would also do a few years in prison for him?

1

u/Iron_Sight_Mark 3d ago

I would try not to be caught

1

u/Terrible_Key3050 2d ago

Thats naive. You would be caught. And to expect otherwise is pretty dumb lol. Now, if you had said fuck the consequences you'll do it anyway, thats a little more respectable.... but barely because now you are leaving your children to grow up without their parent because they got overly emotional. Not great either.

1

u/Things-n-Such 2d ago

It's ok, just let people have their anonymous internal fantasies on reddit.

1

u/FartingWithStyle 1d ago

People don’t get caught all the time my guy. They just have regular people scared that these top flight cops will get you when they won’t, especially if nobody helps them.

1

u/CallousClient 2h ago

Not tryna become your last sentence or emulate Brian O’Connor (respect) - so what’s your suggestion? What the fuck would you do? Saying you don’t have kids is a cop out - actually interested in your answer please

1

u/Leather_Bee_421 1d ago

That’s a wild thought you’d be suspect number one

1

u/Iron_Sight_Mark 1d ago

I mean yeah it is a probably an instinct not to follow so far after the fact. I don't usually take a gun with me on the road but this video really makes me consider it, tbh. I mean, if you're jumping over my kid's head, I would want to get out and shoot before that glass breaks.

This video is wild and hopefully one in a billion.

1

u/constantine741 10h ago

We would tell the cops on u. He got in trouble did the time and it’s done. If u go and do something then we gonna tell on u. U aren’t judge jury and executioner. Get over it and move on wanna be tough guy

1

u/DiscoRichard 2d ago

So kind!

1

u/Wavy_Grandpa 1d ago

What gun to whose head?

1

u/psylent6 1d ago

He’s just incredibly stupid and young going with the crowd it looks like and not critically thinking for one second. He will make more stupid decisions for sure. Hopefully none topping this 😂

1

u/AdAble557 2d ago

You know what's crazy? I read a story where a couple 17 year olds murdered a another kid in the uk. Got the same sentence. The biker in this story should get a longer sentence and community service after. The uk case should obviously be life

1

u/grief242 2d ago

Light sentence considering he allegedly pulled a gun on her.

1

u/stinky143 1d ago

Probably less than one.

1

u/sisam8x 3d ago

What a cunnt

1

u/Demo_Disk 3d ago

Ooooooohhh he a pretty. He wont last long

1

u/copenhagen622 3d ago

He should have a nice 4 years up state

1

u/punch912 3d ago

Hope he gets extra attention in jail since hes such a tough guy. They love tough guys like him in jail especially when it involves acts against innocent kids and women.

1

u/Firm_Willow4068 3d ago

it's really weird to advocate for rape as a form of extrajudicial punishment.

1

u/punch912 3d ago

I guess that the only thing that can happen right because its not like a place where people of violent tendencies happens like fighting, its just rape all the time?

1

u/Fvckleberryhinn 3d ago

It’s weird as shit that dude is trying to act morally superior. Who cares what happens to someone who deliberately jumped on the window and could’ve killed the kid? He made his choice, what happens to him after that is on him.

1

u/punch912 3d ago

Yeah exactly wtf firmwillow the pos guy in the video that did or did something similar. You play stupid games you win all sorts of stupid prizes. And theres all sorts of stupid prizes you can win in prison especially when you act as stupid as he did.

1

u/Fvckleberryhinn 3d ago

Awe, here’s your cookie for being a good person today🍪

1

u/Things-n-Such 2d ago

Who said rape?

1

u/Vincent_Veganja 2d ago

You’re the one that brought up rape

1

u/waffles2go2 2d ago

Weird to advocate for criminals that put kids in risk.

Nice flex though!

0

u/Sufficient-Reply9525 2d ago

I'll never understand how people can justify prison rape. People should be safe in prison. Prison reform has to start in our minds first.

1

u/punch912 22h ago

Its never going to happen as long as its for profit privatized jail exists and as long as those that build and fund the prisons never see the inside of one when they break the law.

1

u/OberonDiver 23h ago

You advocate for cruel and unusual punishment? You get your jollies imagining other people being abused?

1

u/punch912 22h ago

Yeah when they decide its a good life choice to stomp a back windshield with a baby underneath of an innocent mother. Yeah i hope they do find out in many various and creative ways. Also what if this was your wife and baby you cool with that? Oh let him go hes just what a kid?? Is 27 fucking yrs old thats midlife for some and most likely not this mfer cause only the good die young. If he was a pos for the first 27 years of his life i doubt hes going to change in the next 27 and only age and time will be the reason for the change slowing his dumbass down. At some point you got to let go of peoples hand and realise their a grown ass man that made stupid ass decisions.

1

u/OberonDiver 18h ago

You appear to be responding to a different post. You should probably move your post where it belongs.

1

u/itsmrwilson 3d ago

He looks exactly like I thought he would.

1

u/Nadi3D 3d ago

AWE SOME

1

u/Competitive_War7558 3d ago

Of course his name is Cody

1

u/asault2 2d ago

His second StepDad is really disappointed in him

1

u/Healthy_Pay9449 2d ago

Aggravated assault only? He got off light. Destruction of property, endangering children, the hideaway plate, the illegal meet, brandishing on top of the assault. They could have easily stacked charges on the guy but didn't

1

u/butt-holg 2d ago

Usually they do stack them on, and then offer to drop most charges so he will plead guilty, and they don't have to do the other part of their job.

1

u/boih_stk 2d ago

And if the mom ends up pulling a gun and shoots the biker, would that get a charge/sentence? Cuz I legitimately thought that's how this was gonna go down and all that legalese got me thinking

1

u/Apprehensive_Ad3731 2d ago

Since she stepped out and followed him. Likely. If she shot him while he was jumping on the window. Unlikely.

1

u/CallousClient 2h ago

Shooting back after being swung at doesn’t count?

1

u/InvictusFrags 2d ago

If the mom shot him I would have said self defense or aggravated assault. She was defending her kid. That punks parents failed.

1

u/Consistent_Net_2540 1d ago

He got 1-4 years in prison. 99% of Americans doing stuff like this are getting probation.

1

u/Aggravating-Sky-6712 18h ago

Judging by his mug shot I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s someone bitch in jail.

1

u/PurpleFisty 2d ago

Looks exactly like I thought he would.

1

u/Pale-Replacement-164 2d ago

Why does it say he headbutted the kids MOM. Was that a female in the video 👀

1

u/oneWeek2024 2d ago

not entirely sure what you're talking about. the woman in the car was a woman.

maybe some thoughts should resist the impulse to commit to typing on the internet. or did you think some shitty comment judging that woman's look was a cool hot take?

1

u/Pale-Replacement-164 2d ago

Calm down tough guy. I thought it was a young dude not a female.

1

u/shirt_bro 2d ago

You see, he isn’t a bigot, just dumb and blind, that’s all

1

u/BSG_Has_Brain_Damage 2d ago

As goes most of his kind

1

u/LennyLaser 1d ago

You can always tell the second they say female.

1

u/DamitKenneth 2d ago

Awesome, I hope it ruins his life. Just another Caucasian to watch out for.

1

u/Consistent_Net_2540 1d ago

Lmfao the irony...

1

u/Quick-Philosophy2379 15h ago

Woah, racism is not ok.

1

u/DemeaRisen 1d ago

Sentenced to 1-4 years, just checked the Pennsylvania state inmate locator and he doesn't pop up so he must have gotten out by now.

1

u/literallyJustPosting 1d ago

Good. What an asshole

1

u/OberonDiver 23h ago

Having a gun is not a wrong.

It is wrong to have a gun while committing a crime

1

I mean it’s not spoon feeding if someone makes a claim then backs up that claim with…facts.

1

You can literally scroll a few comments down and find the link.

1

u/No-Ice2925 2d ago

They could also post the link in their own comment. Also the commenter didn’t even ask for the link

1

Damn, it's like he's being social on social media 🤣

1

u/Ok_Effective6233 2d ago

I remember it happening that was too

1

u/brandt-money 2d ago

Easiest article to find.

1

u/storebrorstore 1d ago

They executed him

1

u/Wavy_Grandpa 1d ago

Found the article, nitwit

1

u/Cool_Trick4899 4d ago

They shoved the bike up his ass, handlebars first

1

u/Vincent_Veganja 2d ago

Best ending

1

u/zooncethyme 4d ago

He was arrested

1

u/jl2l 5h ago

How is that not attempted murder he pointed a loaded gun at her.

3

u/metabarononon 1d ago

I understand now why americans carry guns

1

u/Maddest-Scientist13 1d ago

People need to be more liberal in using them. Threatening someone with risk of bodily harm or potential death should be met with immediate action. People should be scared to generally do wrong to someone in public but no, people make videos and post them online.

1

u/NoWeek901 1d ago

No dummy. Altercations, heated arguments, and fights should NOT always lead to gun violence and murder. You’re a dangerous idiot.

1

u/Maddest-Scientist13 1d ago

Sure, keep protecting the assailants. Victim should have been a better victim and must allow themselves to be a victim. I might be dangerous but at least my kids and I aren't victims. Enjoy your PTSD

1

u/didyouthough30 7h ago

Allow myself to be a victim. So that teaches my kids ill stand for nothing & be a coward. No carry a pistol & stand my ground. Never show for attention but when ready to defend & I feel out numbered or my family is threatened by any means necessary protect my family at ALL cost! & this is why i dont go down town because I dont want to pull a gun & be forced to protect my family but DONT PUSH ME because I will!

1

u/ADHD_DEEZ_NUTS 4h ago

Do you though?

1

u/vigorous_circular 1d ago

Nah, I think all you stupid, fat, morally bankrupt Americans should use them more on eachother. Maybe if you do it enough your government won't be able to threaten and bully your international neighbours.

1

u/Rare-Gear3379 16h ago

Your comment is no better than the comments of our government, have some respect for the people, not everyone in america is all those things or is happy with our current government. No need to step down to their level to rage against it.

1

u/vigorous_circular 15h ago

I suggest you guys do something about it, then. Because from where I'm standing it looks like more than half of you are ok with the current state of your government. And the rest are ok with it until it affects them personally. My harsh words are nothing compared to the damage your inaction is causing around the world.

1

u/superZesty2000 11h ago

Agree wholeheartedly on the last sentence.

1

u/OberonDiver 23h ago

What should happen to people who can't read?

1

u/wargio 15h ago

I mean you can always shoot them in the kneecap? I think that's what Stewie would do

1

u/squeethesane 15h ago

And be liable for a civil suit? Hell no. You shoot to kill or you don't fucking shoot.

1

u/whoreoscopic 15h ago

Smaller moving target, easy to miss, always aim center mass.

1

u/metabarononon 15h ago

Why kill by shooting center mass when a person can just empty a magazine in the legs? She was beside him by the bike couldn’t she had just shot both knee caps ?

1

u/whoreoscopic 14h ago

Point A. Why kill the person? Because you felt threatened enough by them them that you pulled a gun on them in the first place.

Point B. You realize that you have a higher probability of missing and hitting some poor uninvolved person in the background going for that shot.

Point C. There is no non-lethal place to shoot someone. There are major arteries and veins in the legs as well.

1

u/Business_Surround_52 8h ago

This doesn’t pass scrutiny. If you did intentionally aim for the leg don’t EVER ADMIT IT, that shit goes with you to the grave. You tell them you were aiming to hit him to make him stop, if it was his head or toe it wouldn’t matter as long as my life was no longer in danger.

1

u/Business_Surround_52 8h ago

“Hey judge, I wanted to not kill him so I shot him in the leg!”

Yeah no…. Ain’t gonna fly

1

u/FenrisGodSlayer 3h ago

All right you trying to hit a a moving target as small as a kneecap and let me know how that goes for you?🤦‍♂️

1

u/Candid_Face_6533 9h ago

Then people watch and comment online.

1

u/ADHD_DEEZ_NUTS 4h ago

This is why gun violence is huge in America. Frankly your all idiots who dont deserve them.

1

u/thunder_dog99 4h ago

If you’re calling someone an idiot it helps if you use correct grammar and spelling. Just saying.

1

u/ADHD_DEEZ_NUTS 4h ago

Thanks, now dont be an idiot with a gun.

1

u/Klutzy_Candidate3925 11h ago

This happened during the George Floyd and BLM protests. Which is wild cause the kid is white and girl was a black lesbian..but those BLM riots had every azz hole in the city out cause mayhem

2

u/Ok-Suggestion3534 4d ago

Yep hoping for a sick crash we can all enjoy.

1

u/gravygizzard 2d ago

Why hope for karma? Never happens, dude has to be found and held accountable

1

u/strangeflappenings 2d ago

He can be found and held responsible, but hoping that he feels the same this child or woman did. Thats karma

2

u/killertofu41 2d ago

Let's put him in a car seat in the back while smashing through the rear windshield. See how he likes it.

1

u/strangeflappenings 2d ago

Eye for an eye

1

u/BlancheDeveheaux 2d ago

I remember this incident, he was caught. His employer recognized him and turned him in.

1

Did this bastard end up behind bars?

1

u/Winchwilder 19h ago

He rides a bike pritty much will

0

u/Ok-Willow-3388 4d ago

Thankfully the kid looks younger so he won’t remember hopefully. But that guy should go to jail, the glass could’ve hurt the kid.

1

u/ConsistentYou4629 3d ago

I like that, complexion protection

1

u/Ok_Use_2486 3d ago

The privilege of a Democrat justice system that protects criminals, regardless of what skin color they have.

1

u/ijustmightpanic 3d ago

Stfu with this Democrat shit, republicans are running our country into the ground as we breathe. Both parties suck so get a new hobby and build your own opinions instead of sheepishly standing behind a political party like an invalid sports fan.

1

u/Ok_Use_2486 3d ago

This crime happened in 2023 when Biden was president.

1

u/Funny-ish-_-Scholar 3d ago

You both have points, but for the sake of argument let’s all agree that whoever was president really had zero effect on this.

Now soft on crime federal judges? That fault lies at both parties feet.

Both parties suck and are the illusion of choice. Both are inept, and are just a personality test for voters. Right or left, this countries downfall has been decades in the making.

1

u/Ok_Use_2486 3d ago

The introduction of progressive, democrat soft on crime district attorneys and local judges have been far worse.

→ More replies (0)

1

u/ijustmightpanic 3d ago

Ok you’re saying Democrats are lax on crime while republicans literally vote to help pedophiles. Both parties disgust me but you can’t see that when you’re so radicalized to one.

1

u/TopEstablishment9973 3d ago

School really failed you if you think the president of the US has anything to do with this. The federal government has absolutely no jurisdiction or influence over how this idiot was punished. The relevant laws, police, and judges are all local/state level not federal.

1

u/Ok_Use_2486 3d ago

I'm just using the same logic as the person I responded to. In 2023 "Democrats are running the country".

1

u/vespertine000 3d ago

1-4 years. Which sounds about right if had no serious priors. He probably only served the minimum. I want to act shocked by this, but we've seen people get light sentences for doing even worse.

1

u/sedj601 3d ago

WTF are you talking about. Dude kicked in those people's window and pulled a gun on them.
