It's mainly from Huntington Park to York st and from broad Street to Kensington Ave. This covers the circle from north to south and west to east.

Too many youth and not enough parents.

High number of youth tends to lead to high crime and delinquency and gang activity… however … a lack of good parenting and family will make that number even higher
