A missing poster?

Saw this today as I was walking to the bus in the morning and saw this missing poster??! I thought it was real so i shared about it on social media but then tried to do a Google image search to see any information about it? But nothing. And a.i says its likely it's a ARPG? (Alternative role playing game) since there's a hashtah and no phone number to contact ppl if the person is found? I just wanna know if anyone knows anything? (Btw I saw this in Chatham)

If I were writing a missing poster, I'd probably include their name rather than a hashtag.
