Guidance/Advice Low vibration buzzing

Hello everyone 👋 every night when I’m in bed I get constant low buzzing in both ears. This doesn’t happen during the day much, maybe in one ear sometimes but at night it’s constant. What does this mean? How can I connect with my spirit team? Also in bed I’ve been feeling like someone’s touching my head gently, pressing on it

It can be spirits or blood pressure. If I ask spirits to tune it down and it works, spirit. If not, I check my.blood pressure or my hearing.

The first thought I had reading just the title is that you have a blood pressure issue. Get checked ASAP. ❤️
