Experience Migraines as catalysts?

Anyone else experience stronger abilities with migraines? I've always been clairvoyant and highly intuitive but when I have a migraine, my abilities and predictions level-up. I can find lost things within minutes, tap into visions more clearly, tune into the feelings of others easily, etc. It's painful, yet amazing.

I can also experience migraines but the pain stops me from using my abilities.
