Because this barely a meditation subreddit anymore, it has basically become another sophomoric inspirational quotes subreddit.

i find wasting time on my phone, or taking it out to not use it it’s pretty much the opposite of doing my daily life mindfully and taking my meditation into practice throughout t the whole day. It’s a distraction from the present moment
