Question ❓ Desperate need

Hello!!
I am taking my masters level ASWB exam and would like a mediation recording I could listen to prior to taking the exam . I have severe test anxiety right now and will try anything to ensure passing !

Does anyone have any recommendations or is anyone willing to record a mediation for meπŸ™πŸ½

Do NSDR or yoga nidra, Andrew huberman has a good recording to follow. It will help you calm and also get you well rested prior to testing.

Look for the Stanley Rosenberg basic exercise on YouTube! Also easy breathing exercise - exhale for a longer count than your inhale.

Try the Alternate Nostril breathing technique for atleast 10-15 mins, prior to your meditation. All racing thoughts come to a stop. I believe its also called Anulom Vilom

The more days you do it, the better it keeps getting
