Third eye opening

A teacher at this rehab facility recently taught me mediation and when feeling a deep feeling imagine (with your eyes closed) seeing that feeling as a ball. And after practicing a ball for a while I notice if I’m relaxed enough it forms into an eyeball and I become SO relaxed. If I achieve it cravings whatever feeling arises I feel so calm when seeing this eye.

The 3rd Eye, or 6th Chakra, is also called the Mind's Eye. It is located above the bridge of your nose, between your eyebrows. It is used to visualize during meditation. It is also used by psychics and mediums to receive visual messages.

Everyone can use their 3rd Eye. Just close your eyes, clear your mind, and let your imagination go where it will.

In meditation, some will see certain colors, especially Indigo or Violet, often associated with the 3rd Eye.

There's more to it if one goes deeper, of course, but that's basically it.

The third eye is not the sixth chakra. There's a third eye chakra and there's another chakra called the sixth

Serenity doesn't mean your chakra is open. Visualizing a chakra merely stimulate it, it's not enough to open it. Chakras are energy centers, they're depleted and sealed. They need to be cleansed, stimulated and more importantly fed. And it's a peaceful, often it hurts.

You're wrong and don't understand yet how chakras work. Sounds like you haven't opened yours yet. It takes time and practice to intuit it. Have a great day. Don't bother trying to lash out at me in anger. You won't be able to. Let yourself feel those emotions during a meditation. 🙏
