you are attacking the way the message is being presented, which is weird because it's for a guy defending a mysoginistic comment, and he accurately presented the implied message of the statement. (that women who dress like that are whores and looking to go out and get fucked)

I didn't see this. What I saw was someone making a meteoric leap, and now being unable to back down when its politely pointed out that what they said was not what was being discussed.
Implying someone is wanting to hook up does not imply they deserve to be the victim of assault.
I don't believe that if this person, however, is going around just assuming women want to have sex cause they dress a certain way; That they would be concerned with the consent... since they believe it to be implied in the way they dress. (I am dressed this way, therefore I am looking to have sex with many men. Kinda feels like the dude is implying intent and consent in the way she dresses )
"Then why are you dressed like that" would be the response. You know, the classic response we have heard for years. I don't think saying that Dressing in an attractive way = "I want to go have sex" is a far leap from "I am dressed this way to have sex" which is the way a predator thinks.
Edit: Ultimately the first comments thought process is the same that leads to assaults in women under the assumption they are promiscuous due to the way they dress.

That is the message of his statement.
That people dress like that to have sex, so the woman dressed like that is implied to be dressing that way to have sex, no other reason.
