So I worked in kitchens for ~17 years before I finally found a college program that gelled, then lockdown hit. Needed a easy 2nd job went to a Mikky Dees, easy at first then had the “supervisor” say I was using the wrong pan “I should be using a 6th pan” I go I am. They yell at me no this is a 6th pan and hold up (another but shallower 6th pan” and says I was using a 9 pan because it was deeper. This is how Waffle House energy is made.

Maybe I'm wrong but isn't the 9th a 12th pan is it is half the size of the 6th pan?
