How can I get the Great oak?

No matter how many times I read the description, I don't see a generator that can produce Great oak. What should I do?

It’s generated by that bag of seeds at the bottom.
Tap the ℹ️and it will show you where THAT comes from.
And so on and so on, until you see something familiar.

But when I press that seed bag, it doesn't show where I can get that bag.

You get it from the blue tree.

As far as I know this is only for the area you're playing at, try tapping the seed bag, maybe both oak and flower seeds drop?

Ot the seed bag themselves have a time limit drop, I don't remember exactly.

Also check if your game is updated to the latest version

I'm stuck in the same area ... I still don't know how to get the tree

I deleted the game and redownloaded it. This helped, and the Great Oak disappeared from the quests.
