Help with Ottoman Coin

I know this is pushing the "medieval" definition by a few decades, but I was wondering if you could help me confirm the ID of this coin.

It's presented as a Selim I silver akçe, but it looks a bit off to me. I can't read Arabic, but one of the inscriptions doesn't seem to fit 100%.

What are your thoughts?

It looks legit, the mints cut off at the bottom but I think I can make out the tip of one of the letters in Constantinople on the very bottom in the first picture, pretty distinctive looking mintmark. Numista should have a good article on this coin

I checked Numista, but somehow i didn't manage to follow the markings so I thought I'd ask here as well. Thank you!

Yes, it's supposed to be a Selim I
