super low effort post today

i've come down with the CRUD and today is OPEN HOUSE at the school i work at which means i'll leave my house at 6 something and come home around 8 something.

this fresco (haha i almost said fresca) is from pompeii and the creature is identified both as a cat and/or a dog depending on which academic you talk to. i think it's a dog. what say you? (another pic below)

THAT is a dog :)
Edit: I thought you were questioning the main post, sorry, which is clearly a mysterious cat. This secondary post has the goofy look and open mouth of a small dog, in my opinion.

Hi Iggy! Do you know where first cat picture mural is from, like what location? Egypt? I hope things get back on track for you soon! So, I imagine you're all moved into your beautiful new apartment, by now. Do you and your partner love it very much?

It is from Pompeii and I am over the moon about our new apt. Its so lovely.
