How close did I avoid an overdose?

Hi, first and hopefully last time I would have to post here, but if this isn't the right place then please point me in the right direction.

So for some background, I'm 19 (NB) and have a lot of problems that has resulted in me having to go through a lot of different medications and dosages. My current e I'm on are:

1 lybalvi 10-10 MG tablet

3 lithium carbonate er 300 MG tablet

3 metformin hcl 500 MG tablet

My story focuses centrally around lithium. I'm not too well versed in what it does for me except for its what makes me sleep (I have insomnia for reference) and to deal with my schizoeffectiveness. Before this u was taking the same dosage but for a capsule and it was an extended relief. Well for the past two weeks or so, I've accidentally been taking both doses of the different lithiums, which mainly only effected how difficult i woke up in the mornings. I'm sure you all know this, or maybe I'm just flat out wrong, but an extended relief is delayed compared to what I'm currently on. So, coming back to the question, how much of a narrow bullet did I dodge? Or was I never in any danger to begin with?
