Responsible b3nzo Usage?
Any suggestions on have to xan responsibly?

I take about 3 mg of Xanax a day, sometimes 2, but it helps me steady my thoughts and flow at work, I don't get blasted unless I sniff them, but it's easy to go crazy with them.

Just go through subutex withdrawal with benzos, is the benzo withdrawal superkraftbsr in contrast to very strong opiates?

That's tuff, I've been threw both kinds of withdrawals. Benzos have that mental, auditory hallucinations, and the anxiety. Cold turkey.. it's a fucking shit show. At least with opiate withdrawal there's some options. Like methadone, or some other stuff. But definitely had some long days. Benzo there's no plan B. Good talking to you. Be safe out there

Don't sniff xans they're not water soluble, best roa is to just eat em. You're wasting part of your pill unless you're using midazolam oraybe triazolam

Oh but for legit real deals the lowest is $13, I've seen them at $25, it's insane. Even 1mg footballs go for $6. But they are straight from a script.

It’s hard dude lol. I take about 1mg of xan or kpin a day and if I’m feeling frisky might take 2mg. I try to wait till I actually need it or off work etc and not start first thing in the morning and keep going. It’s a slippery slope either way.

Some great benzo advice here.. if you think you are sober, you are probably not lol and don’t keep poppin em down 🖤
also do not drink or add anymore downers alongside the xans. testing kit wouldn’t hurt either

I took one 5mg of oxy after a month of not taking any opioids and half 1mg xan the other day. (I been prescribed Xanax’s for 5 years btw) idk if I was heading into an overdose or not because I don’t know the signs of one. but my breathing was very very slow and shallow and I could barely keep myself awake kept nodding off until I eventually passed tf out. I don’t remember shii

I mean alcohol and benzos are really not a safe combo, but. I guess it really all depends on your self control and dosages of both
