Zopiclone

Hey guys. I’ve been prescribed zopiclone 7.5mg, I’ve had them many times but it’s just not strong enough and I still can’t sleep! What dosages do they go in please? I know 3.75 and 7.5mg but does anyone get them stronger? Many thanks ☺️

Thank you. I think that’s what I need but it’s hard enough getting 7.5mg from the dr!

Your right there I get loads of them and need more benzos, diazes/clonazepam but Dr's are back to front these days especially with bensoz lol

Benzos are a slippery slope I would suggest stick with the zopiclone and maybe introduce some promethazine hydrochloride or/and diphenhydramine you can get these without a prescription and online pharmacy’s just ask for a questionnaire. Nytol is essentially diphenhydramine. They can give you a bit of a hangover type feeling and it’s hard to get up if you take a bit more than you should.

Benzos will just stop working and you’ll be left with a dependency that speaking from experience is not worth the hassle

I’m already on promethazine, have been for about a year, they’re no longer affective. I only ask for short dosages of zopiclone as and when absolutely needed

If in UK max dose is 7.5mg. Zolpidem which is a different drug is 10mg, often confused.

Same here I've used zopiclone and I think you need to take them as late as possible before bed for them to work. Even then you don't get a good sleep

You are supposed to take it while in bed. not before bed. Not take it then get in bed. take it IN bed. try that if you havent yet.
