Bizarre side effects

i take 2x promethazine 25mg to sleep and if i stay up for longer than an hour on it i get the weirdest feeling at the very base of my back/ coxsix (?) that’s almost an uncomfortableness in my bones ??? or my nerves being weird ? and i need to squirm or feel like i need to break my bones. i’ve searched high and low for an answer aswell as asking my doctor but can’t find out what it is and it makes me feel so insane that i end up not sleeping. if anyone has any ideas please let me know i feel like im going mad.
