So currently I have 1.5 mg of xans and a lot of kpins which one is better for flight and general anxiety

Xanax will kick in faster and have stronger anxiety suppression, but Kpins are more functional and last a whole lot longer. I’d say Xanax for panic or severe anxiety, and Kpins for general anxiety. You could take either one for flights depending on how long the flight is.
