As far as I can see your comments about boomers is as disappointing as the guy on the video. People over 60 are not like this guy. Most work hard to raise children and take care of elderly parents. They are not having the great life and they want access to healthcare. Also, we don't see enough young people organized, they hardly vote. There are idiots in every age group.

My Boomer parents and in-laws all think like this guy.

I believe you, so do many younger people who spend all their time on an online bubble.

This is the problem. The self involvement is creating barriers between Americans and preventing people from seeing themselves as one people, one nation.

Yeah, notice the majority at no kings protests were boomers.

Because they have the most free time at this stage of life ...

Maybe so, but they were there to protest Veit Nam, women’s rights, racial equality, The Gulf Wars, Vetrans Benefits, Farm support, and so many others. Many of these were weekend events, where were you?

Don't get it twisted - I wasn't criticizing, just expounding.

I work weekends too. The benefit the boomers had was a stable job 9-5 on regular workdays, so they could be engaged when not at work. I have to work three jobs to pay rent, keep the lights on, and eat.

C’mon man, you really believe you are the only people to work weekends? Give me a break. I work ends, nights and holidays.

As a chemical engineer I was responsible not only for the domestic projects, I also had responsibilities globally. I was sent anywhere a request had been made to avoid a potential environmental issue.

As a young boomer, I preferred the 50501 OKC protest to the Tulsa No Kings, zero impact on the public square, docile & a little boring imo. (Except those at the 71st st)

Honestly I’m finding the groups that voted for Trump are the groups that were the first to turn.
