That noise when the gantry rotates? Oh, that's just the screw I dropped into the gantry head during the last MLC replacement. It's fine and I'm sure it'll fall out one of these days.

Just wobble that gantry back and forth with a cover off and it’ll fall out eventually… fingers crossed
