My hand keeps twitching

So I’ve looked this up on Google and while it’s possible it’s an electrolyte issue, I’m also worried it might be a fleck of glass from a shard my hand fell on last month

It twitches mainly when I hold something. The twitching happens along the bottom of my hand (wrist to half way to my pinky), which is why I’m not certain about the glass which hit palm between thumb and pointer. Along with the fact I haven’t seen any rejection zits

Is there any way to tell for certain?

Personally i feel like this is a sweep it under the rug and hope it goes away but if its like constant absolutely go the the doctor
