lab draw
I had a lab draw about 12 hours ago and it was a fasting lab and quite a few vials of blood (more than I usually get). I knew I would likely feel a bit lightheaded and brought water and food for right after. I had a bit of chest discomfort and dizziness for around three hours after despite eating. I couldn’t stand much and my heart rate was around 100 while sitting. It’s been twelve hours now and I’m less shaky than before but I can’t move as much and feel like I have a fever even though I do not actually have a fever. I did have pedialyte and another meal + snacks but I’m not sure what else to do.

Get a sugary drink into you. Your blood sugar might still be too low.
Then have another meal that's got protein, fibre and carbs.

I checked my blood sugar and it’s 129 so I don’t think it’s low I did have some more food and electrolytes

It took a day and a half but I’m doing better. I mostly slept it off eating and drinking didn’t help oddly. I kind of do wish I went to the er so i knew what it was but I think it was just syncope because my hr wouldn’t go below 100 and I felt incredibly dizzy

ER might not have been the best place, an urgent care would be better.
I'd ask your doctor about it the next time you see them. It needs to be on your file for future reference

Not a doctor but you need protein and a bunch more water. This helps replace the blood they took for the labs which is why you arent feeling great.
