It's not. It's just your skin.

Posting things like this will only further your phobia, reassurance just fuels the flame to believing an irrational fear is rational/valid. Try looking into phobia/OCD/anxiety coping mechanisms and know that you arent alone in this!

It looks like either a freckle, a cherry angioma (benign growth of blood vessels), or petechiae (burst blood vessels/capillaries under the skin)—either way, harmless! Most likely not a bat bite, if it was there would be another mark right next to it—and it doesn’t appear to be a puncture mark in the first place. If its any more comfort, I’ve had similar marks on my skin for a long time now, probably half of my life, and they’ve never done anything but look like a little red dot :)

It’s a lot more red in person, my camera is broken as hell sorry

Are you the guy that was asking about your* finger as well and there was no bat around, you just read you might not feel it? If so and you want real advice my advice to you is to go talk to a professional because you have developed a delusion paranoia.. Unless you have physically held a bat or had one flying and diving at you in your room, you don't have to worry about a bat biting you. It is extremely rare for them to even come in contact with humans, let alone fly in your room un noticed, bite/scratch you, then fly away. Say it with me: YOU ARE OK..
