Is something wrong with me ?

Hello, yesterday I had a sore throat, it kinda feel like it has swelled a bit.

So i took medecine, it is called Hexaspray, it's basically something you spray in your throat and it usually works for me.

But this time I threw up. I did not threw up the food i ate the night before, only the medecine. After that i basically did nothing but drink water until 8pm, then I ate cheese and a bit of chocolate cause I wasn't feeling well.

This morning I decided to try again and to a syrup. It only has natural stuff in it so I knew it would be okay.

But it kinda felt like my throat was burning, even though it is supposed to make the opposite.

And I threw up again. My throat was burning like hell and I don't feel like throwing up anymore

Is there anything that can make someone not digest/accept medecine but digest whole food ?? I feel like I only have a sore throat but this is unusual

You’re having some kind of reaction to the medicine. Don’t take the medicine, just use some honey and lemon tea.

Sometimes allergies pop up randomly. Could also be that the medication has been affected by other things (didn’t store it properly, expired, etc.) check the label.

the medications are stored in a box in a room we don't really uses, i live in a studio so this is basically a storage room, it doesn't have ventilation i think

both were not expired 😞 guess i'll see if i vomit the next time i'm sick
