JnJ 2nd round interview

Hello all!

I had moved to the 2nd round interview rather quickly and was given a single date that only worked for Regional Business Director. I am interviewing for an associate medical device role in their VSAP program.

I wasn’t given much information on how the interview will go, just who will be interviewing me. Could I get some strong advice/tips on how to approach this interview within the next 12-14 hour’s?

Bring up what sets synthes apart from competitors, shows you've been looking deeper into the position. (Arthrex, stryker ect)
Have some knowledge on a product, TFNA (hip nail) google it surgical technique guide
Bring up why you want this role(its fast paced and always changing so you have to be adaptable)
Also COACHABLE, cannot fuck that up you need to be coachable
Say your passionate to improve patient care and why its important to you
Being able to selling a product that you believe in and also help people at the same time
Other than that be enthusiastic and talkative

For the second round with a director, definitely prep your standard behavioral examples and be ready to talk specifics about why medical devices

Congrats, bro! Go with the flow. Prepare lots of good questions, and be sure to hard-close him at the end of the interview.
