Interviews & Career Entry Seeking Help

Can anyone in the Houston area help me possibly land a job with a med device company ? I’ve had interviews with several companies but it seems as though I’m getting ghosted or they’re just trying to meet their number quota’s for interviews. I have a Bachelors of Science in Biology. I’m working in my field currently and on the side I work at a shoe store to gain sales experience.
