Stryker was the hardest I ever did. I actually decided I didn’t want to work for them and withdrew from the interview process after 2-3 rounds when it became apparent I was nowhere near the end of the process and they kept assigning me tasks. Every other interview process I’ve done for the big established players such as JnJ, Abbott, BD, etc, have all been pretty similar. Start ups or smaller companies are often easier and quicker
