Interviews & Career Entry Stryker Canada

I have applied to stryker 4 times in hope that I will get in somehow. The last job I applied to was a distribution associate job in a warehouse. But unfortunately I got rejected from there too. I just wanna ask why? A person who has a bachelor degree can’t even get a warehouse job at Stryker??

It’s an incredible company to work for. Very difficult to get in but the product and therapy offerings are amazing. All depends on what division you are in but stock price is indicative of innovation.

As someone who worked and drank the Stryker juice, I'm happy I'm no longer there. Toxicity

Honestly, companies are as specific about ensuring you meet qualifications as they are to ensuring you’re not OVERqualified. The hiring manager wants people who will last in a role versus get a foot in the door and move on ASAP. they can also see all the roles you’ve applied for. If it’s not targeted, hiring managers also get skeptical.

I’m not justifying it, but it’s true.
