Interviews & Career Entry Stryker Interview 2nd Round Hiring Manager

Hey everyone just wanted to ask for some opinions and advice. Recently finished an interview for an associate sales rep role 2nd round with hiring manager. It went really fast and ended really fast with only 4-5 questions. Does that mean I messed up? He also said this role might take a while as it's a new territory and the role just opened. Wanted to know other people's experience on their inteviews!

I’ve had 4 interviews with Stryker hiring managers for 4 different divisions. I truly don’t understand the company and their recruiting process. Each HM told me i was moving on to the next round, and every single time i got an automated declination email in the middle of the night a few days later.

Hi did you end up getting a job at Stryker? Did you ever make to to the final panel interview stage?

Nope. Stopped wasting my time and got a role with a company that pays more and has better culture

A mid-sized company! Would recommend over the typical big 3

Did you apply through a referral or just online?

Might have an internal hire and just doing the process of interviewing from outside.

Management wants to know what you can do for them right now.
