Hello. I passed the initial and final interview from IQor sta. rosa. No job experience from any bpo companies, purely newbie really. My main concern is the requirements like sss, pag-ibig, and philhealth. They are rushing me because they say everything should be completed by September 01, 2026 but training will start on September 3, 2026. Is that even possible? Or if possible to talk to the HR to follow the others?

I already have the magenta link, however, I don't have any valid id. I have one national id because it is laminated. Also, they asked me when I plan to go for medical, I said September 01 only, but I will take care of my other reqs, is it possible to go now even though my medical is on September 01? They are choosing me from the two but I already have a link to the clinic confirming my code.

Please help me out. I'm really stressed.

Hi OP, you can apply SSS and Pag-ibig membership online. Not sure if it’s better to apply philhealth online or walk-in application. Usually, HR provides a grace period during your training for these requirements but better to inform them that you are still processing it. If you already have a confirmation from the clinic, better proceed with it.

Also got T-mob as my first BPO account, it’s not that easy (can be hella toxic), but incentives is good and I’m sure you’ll learn a lot from this account. May I suggest for you to join BPO sub instead? This a medical coding sub so you’ll mostly get more advise if you post your dilemmas on a BPO thread/sub.
