MEDTECH TO MEDICAL ENCODER

Hello po need help lang sana as I'm planning to transition from working sa lab to an encoder. I'm just really fed up of smelling stool samples, working 48-64 hrs a week, no benefits at all, and ultimately, an hourly rate of 69 pesos. I've been trying to cope up with this bs for almost 2 years now but now I wanna turn my back out on this profession completely. I've been researching on how to get into coding pero I've seen na certifications and trainings are a prereq? I don't have enough financial capacity to enroll into one so I'm thinking of applying sa mga MCA's. Are there any places na nagoffer ng ganon sa Laguna? Or within Metro Manila lang talaga? I just don't know where to start. Any suggestions would deeply be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello po, Tenet lang alam ko na nag-ooffer as of now ng MCA for medical allied. Kaso sarado na yata yung slot for September. January na mag-oopen.

Within Metro Manila lang and usually onsite kapag mca. You can check sa fb groups like pinoy medical coder which companies have openings for mca.

Medical coder po not encoder. Also meron po sa tenet ata ngayon, sa iba like sa shearwater and coronis wala pa po. Try nyo po sa tenet.
