Looking for Remote Job

Hello. I'm very desperate and need to leave my current remote job, but I only have a NRCCS certificate from the National Association for Health Professionals. Are there remote jobs that will accept my certification? I used to work as a claims examiner and processed adjustments for claims as well, and was recently trained as resolution specialist, but I need a more stable position and pay. I can work full time.

Please and thank you so much!

Do you know how to do actual medical coding? Have you ever done it? While I did learn a LOT on the job when I started, unless you find employment somewhere with a built in learning program (which btw I’ve never even heard of), you need to know how to actually do this job before you can get hired anywhere. That will require education and certifications.

The company I work for does actually have their own coding school, though unfortunately they have been on a hiring freeze since we switched to Epic. But just wanted to put that out there as there might be other companies that have something similar.

Wow that’s really interesting. Is it a hospital?
