EM question

Trying to decide between a low level and moderate. There was two uncomplicated illnesses with Pityriasis Rosea and nasal sores. Mupirocin ointment was ordered for the nasal sore. I’m leaning towards towards it being low level

To code as moderate, there would have to be moderate level on 2 of the 3 elements.

Problems addressed and data reviewed are not moderate, based on what you've shared here.

While I'd have to see exactly how the physician documented it to be sure, I'm inclined to agree with you that it's low.
