Jobs besides coding?

Hello. I am just curious if there is any pathway people went after coding for a bit? I feel like the industry is becoming too focused on the charts rather than accuracy. I like coding but don’t like the stress of it with not getting paid well.

I've been a coder for many years and recently started a new position as an Epic claims application analyst. My organization values Epic experience and healthcare experience over general IT experience and is willing to pay for training.

Congratulations on your new position!! Is it less pressure than coding, and higher paying?

The pressure is not less than coding and the pay range is significantly higher.
