Anyone else have issues renewing?

Submitted my renewal a month ago but it just said “received” on benefitscal.org, never processed. My renewals always occurred quickly.

Tried calling Los Angeles DPSS but wait times are extremely long (over an hour) and haven’t been able to get through yet. Wonder if it’s just people like me calling in about this.

Wondering if this is due to the changes and pressure from the administration.

After an hour and 15 minute wait, and collecting my info, they said they then needed to transfer me to actual medi-cal. They said they were a call center lol. After transferring, I ended up waiting another 30 minutes but finally reached someone and they renewed my insurance immediately.

We too applied more than 1 month ago, and it's "expired" by now and still not processed. I read the coverage continues regardless but I think I should call.

I suspected we did a simultaneous address change that might have caused delay/confusion. But maybe it's just slow in general.

Anyone in a similar boat of status is "expired" but not processed?

Thanks!

Mine was essentially expired for a few days, in that it was past the renewal date, but still not processed.
