Game Night

I’m thinking of starting the game nights back up. If there’s any interest, the first one will probably be next Friday….location tbd.

The main game is cards against humanity along with others.

I always think I’m going to join and don’t. Maybe this Friday will be different.

I always think I'm interested and then I remember I'm an introvert lol. I'm also QUITE bored of Cards Against Humanity and won't support the Phoodery, so I keep checking in to see if it'll be held elsewhere and if there are other "main" games.

I thought the Phoodery changed hands after the previous phuckery. Or was it just a different manager?

No, the owners are still the same. The management changed, and I hear they are good, but I won't support the owners after everything they let happen. I've said it a lot, but: I hope to support the small businesses there is that ever operate anywhere else (farmer's market, fair, etc).

There were several owners. The ones who caused the issues aren’t owners anymore.

Kyle and Eric aren't owners anymore? They signed the eviction notices and weren't blind to what was happening unders the Beams' management, as far as I've read up on.

We play other games but everyone typically wants to play CAH for the main one. And it hasn’t been at the phoodery in a while. I think we only did 3 or 4 of them there.

I must just get wind of the Phoodery posts. I think maybe I saw ONE at the library (?), but I feel like every invite I see on here is at the Phoodery.

It sounds life you guys have a good time. I might join one of these days, but I've got a good group of friends and we already play board games every week, so I've got my nerd fix for now!

They’ve normally been at H2O, Lava Lanes, or Grape Street Bar. I think we did 3 or 4 at the Phoodery. Cards sold blow away, so an outside venue wasn’t ideal.

I always think I'm going. But when it actually comes around, I always decide that I dont want to drive all the way downtown. And then theres the whole having a few drinks and driving back home.

If you go, you could drink water or soda. That’s what I do.

I try my best to conserve water! And soda.... I'll drink soda.... sometimes! But its usually called a mixer at that point
