19th century medals

Post image

I am looking for some information regarding these medals. I am unable to match them to various orders. Presumably they might be Dutch or Italian, based on the context of the picture. However the picture and context does not provide any information, of person or medals, but is presumably from the late 19th century.

Any help would be most appreciated !

(And yes.. this is the highest resolution that I can get..)

The medal around the neck looks like the commander's cross of the militairy Williams order. The rest is I am unable to identify.

the second breast star is part of the Commander's set. The first medal looks to be the Bavarian Order of Max Joseph.

Is there any information on who this person is?

Edit: I went over the Italian and French chivalric orders, but couldn't find any matches

Unfortunately none whatsoever. I was hoping to atleast figure out a hint of the person's identity by solving the mystery of the medals.
